Getting the patina right is the most difficult and important part of an old school build. These look “right” because they start out as a casting – with minor machining to finish – not like something modern machined out of a solid block
Comes with a basic natural factory polished finish – shows many casting and surface imperfections – each one is slightly different – will need additional work to get to mirror finish is desired
Will dull with age to a cool old patina, or can be polished and clear-coated, or bead-blasted down flat, as desired (but we like it just like it is)
